Terms of Service
Last updated 8 September 2026
Who the agreement is with
VeltroDesk is provided by BTSFXPRO Information Technology Consultants Co. L.L.C, registered in the United Arab Emirates, to an organisation that has bought a workspace (“the customer”). If you are using VeltroDesk because your employer gave you an account, the agreement is between us and them; these terms tell you what is expected of you while you use it.
Accounts
Accounts are created by an administrator at the customer. There is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account; if you think somebody else has it, change it in Settings → Security and revoke the devices listed there.
Acceptable use
- Use VeltroDesk for your employer’s business, and within the law.
- Do not use it to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages, or to contact people who have asked not to be contacted.
- Do not attempt to reach data outside your own workspace, or to circumvent the permissions your administrator set.
- Calls and business messages may be recorded where the customer has switched recording on. Where the law requires the other party to be told, telling them is the customer’s responsibility.
The customer's data
Everything entered into a workspace belongs to the customer. We host and process it on their instructions and do not use it for anything else — see the Privacy Policy. Deletion is described on Deleting your account.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and to give notice of planned maintenance, but VeltroDesk is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Telephony and WhatsApp messaging depend on third-party networks that we do not control.
Suspension
We may suspend an account or a workspace that is being used unlawfully, that threatens the security of the service, or whose fees are unpaid. An administrator may suspend a member of their own workspace at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the workspace in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above changes and administrators are told when the change is material. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
