Deleting your VeltroDesk account
VeltroDesk is workplace software. Your account was created by an administrator at your employer, and it is deleted the same way — there is no self-service delete button, because the workspace and the work in it belong to the organisation, not to the app.
Ask your administrator
The fastest route. Any workspace administrator can remove a member from Settings → Members. That takes effect immediately: the account can no longer sign in, every access token it holds is revoked, and its registered devices stop receiving notifications.
Or write to us directly
If you cannot reach an administrator — you have left the company, for example — email [email protected] from the address your account uses, with the subject Delete my VeltroDesk account, and tell us the name of the workspace.
We reply within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask one question to confirm you are the account holder; we will never ask for your password.
What is deleted
- Your login: name, email address, password hash, profile photo.
- Your access tokens and every registered device, so nothing can reach your phone.
- Your sign-in history and IP records.
- Your notification preferences and the record of notifications sent to you.
What stays, and why
Work you did on your employer’s behalf stays with your employer: the leads and contacts you handled, the deals, the messages sent to customers, the call log, and your attendance record. These are the organisation’s business and accounting records, and in the UAE they must be retained. Where an entry names you it is reassigned to your employer once your account is gone.
If you want that data removed too, the request has to come from the workspace owner — it is theirs to delete. When a workspace is closed, everything in it is deleted.
Before you go
If you only want the phone to stop buzzing, you do not need to delete anything: turn off Settings → Notifications in the app, which removes this device from our servers, or sign out, which does the same and revokes the device’s access token.
